2014 EforAll All Ideas Welcome Pitch Contest

On March 27th 2014, Entrepreneurship For All (EforAll) hosted its All Ideas Welcome Pitch Contest at the Christ United Methodist Church in Lawrence. Over 70 people came out to this historic church to support these top entrepreneurs showcasing and pitching their tech, social impact, local, and product ideas.

April 2014 EforAll All Ideas Pitch Contest with first place winner Elizabeth Morrow of Yoga by Numbers

1st Place ($1,000) – Elizabeth Morrow – Yoga by Numbers
System for learning and practicing yoga on a user’s own terms. A special mat uses numbered targets and gridlines to help users achieve proper positioning and alignment

 

April 2014 EforAll All Ideas Pitch Contest 2nd Place winner Mai Libman of Savione, with Adam Medros of TripAdvisor, a judge at the event.

2nd Place ($750) & Fan-Favorite ($500) – Mai Libman – Savione
Community-driven guide to a virtual mall of indie brick and mortar stores and farmers’ markets. It is a platform for local merchants and vendors to easily create a mobile storefront with the ability to publish real-time information on their stores, products, and offers

3rd Place ($500) – Geneva Valentin, Jessica Valentin, Belinda Orta – My Creative Learning Center
Early education center in Lawrence providing pre-kindergarten preparation. The learning approach will seek to offer a creative learning environment where play becomes experiential, using proven methods of hands on and individual learning plans
