Trish Fleming is the Director of Mentoring at North Shore Innoventures and served as the Mentor Program Manager for EforAll (2014-2016) She has a broad range of startup, program, non-profit and executive experience stemming from her 17 years as the Executive Director of the MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge, the Community Program Manager at the Cambridge YWCA and administrative stints at the Massachusetts Government Land Bank and MIT. Her experience includes strategy, program development and management, fundraising, marketing, events planning, volunteer management, strategy, and general administration. "I think I've done everything except for coding and bench science - small organizations make you nimble in your skills."

She has been an active mentor and judge in the tech community, working with the MIT Venture Mentoring Service, BU, EforAll, and Building Global Innovators. She was named a 2008 All-Star by Mass High Tech. She is also an avid knitter, cook, and gardener. "I like the marriage of creativity and skill that knitting requires.
